Promised Land Baptist Church has had a Bus Ministry from day one.

Our buses reach into areas all over Gastonia and the surrounding communities.

Information About Our Bus Ministry

Why Have a Bus Ministry? The Bible says to go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. (Luke 14:23) We realize that some people (especially children) are unable to attend church on their own.

How Does the Bus Ministry Work? Every Sunday morning we send buses to pick up people in our area and bring them to church. On the buses they are supervised and taught by a friendly Bus Captain Upon arrival at the church they will be escorted to their age-appropriate class. After church is over, we load up the buses and take everyone back home.

How Much Does It Cost? There is never a charge. The church absorbs all the expenses of this ministry.
